How do I start a collaboration with you?
Usually with an initial conversation. We listen, ask questions, and see if we are a good fit. After that, we clarify the goal, the framework, and the best approach together.
Can we book just a consultation with you?
Yes. Many projects start with a pure consulting phase. Sometimes it stays that way. Sometimes it results in a concept or later implementation. Both are possible.
How do you organize projects?
We often work in interdisciplinary teams with clear project management. We rely on agile methods, but without dogma. It is important to us that collaboration is structured and transparent.
Costs & Procedure
How much does a project cost with you?
It depends on the scope and complexity. We calculate transparently: on request with fixed price, MVP milestones or Time & Material. In advance, we clarify together which framework is best for the project.
How long does a typical project take?
Small projects or MVPs often take 2-4 months, more complex platforms rather 6-12 months. We deliver in stages. This way you have early usable results and remain flexible.
Can we work with you long term?
Yes, this is often the case. Many customers stay for further development, operation, or support after the Go-Live.
Technology & Implementation
Which technologies do you use?
We work technology-agnostic, but prefer to work with modern, maintainable frameworks: React, Tailwind, Node.js, Headless CMS, OpenAI integrations and more.
Can you integrate or replace existing systems?
Yes. We analyze existing systems and decide together with you whether further development or a relaunch is the better way for you.
Do you also develop AI-powered solutions?
Yes. We integrate AI functions (e.g. GPT, text analysis, automation) where they make sense: technically, ethically, and beneficially.
Design & UX
Do you also take care of UX and UI design?
Yes, and systematically. Our designers work closely with consulting and development to create interfaces that are intuitive, clear, and functional.
Can you improve existing UIs without rebuilding everything?
Often yes. We analyze the existing user guidance, identify problems, and develop targeted improvements for you.
