We value respect - with each other and in our dealings with customers and partners.

We are people, not machines - we don't expect anyone to be. In order to build excellent solutions, you have to feel comfortable.
That's why we strive to be as adaptable as possible. From meeting times to flexible working hours to childcare.

For us, partnership means open communication, fair interaction and shared successes. We believe that working together as equals is the basis for progress - and also more fun.

Being authentic

We don't bend our values. Not in how we communicate, not in what we wear. Nor in any other way.

Some things you can do either way. That's totally okay. But if we believe something is fundamentally wrong, we don't do it - even for money.

We believe honest is always better - both in the team and with our customers and partners. If something has gone wrong, we talk about it openly, fix it and make sure it doesn't happen again.

Keeping our sense of humor

We like to laugh often.

Not everything is always "sunny-side up" for us, either. We also have phases when things get rough, when we misunderstand each other and have to find a compromise.
But we believe that humor and a touch of esprit make many things easier.
But that doesn't mean we don't still solve issues seriously and conscientiously. We just have more fun doing it.

Being open

We are curious and like to try things out.
On the other hand, we don't ride along with every new trend, but weigh things pragmatically.
We believe that making mistakes is something quite natural and that this is the only way we can continue to develop. But this also means recognizing them as early as possible and drawing the right lessons from them and sharing them. This only works with transparency: both in day-to-day collaboration and in terms of decision-making processes. Flat hierarchies and a high level of individual responsibility in the team help. Of course, not every decision can be made democratically - but always fairly and comprehensibly.

Stay hungry

If it's just standard problems, we're not the right company. We are hungry for difficult challenges.

We want to continuously develop and not stop learning. As a reliable IT partner, as a team, but also personally. In addition to regular exchange and further training, feedback is a very important component for us. Give it, accept it and use it.
The only time "staying hungry" is not an option is when it comes to eating. Because hungry wunschlöserInnen cannot be good wunschlöserInnen. That's why (healthy) food plays an important role for us. As a hunger killer and as a time for us as a team.
